"Everybody charming at front desk. Nice place, well located. Roof terrasse/bar/pool that must be awesome during the warm season (it was too cold during our visit). Our room was decorated very stylishly, well equipped, fairly quiet, rather small however. We would return, even though we were a hetero couple in a place considering itself a gay hotel, we felt very welcomed."

"This is a 5 star hotel, modern and up to date! They even had water dispensers in the hallways where your could get still or bubble water! The location was also great, you could walk everywhere you need to go, the palace, the museum and even the train station. "

Best thing is the unbeatable location, also a cafeteria La Rollerie right next door was a hit. Walking distance to La gran via, puerta del sol and el prado. Will come back. "
