"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "After been there twice the communication is poor both times I questioned if there was an iron and nothing so I had to buy one "

"The house was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. Bed linen, towels, loo rolls provided as well as dish cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid and liquid hand wash soap. Free parking on the street and only a 15 minute walk to city centre.Will definitely stay here again"

"Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. "A wonderful weekend, the perfect house, spacious, well equipped, spotless, and a lovely welcome basket of goodies and a birthday balloon-so thoughtful. Perfectly situated for a quiet weekend and easy access to York and local tourist spots. We had a lovely time, thank you."

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."
