"The whole place was very clean, but the pool doesn’t seem like it gets much attention. It's very cold in the pool room, as well as, the water. Hot tub was fine. Some of the jackets just need to be thrown away! Staff here was super friendly and having a self serve coffee/latte/espresso machine was amazing! Kids had fun having hot chocolate every night! Breakfast.. they have everything! Hot eggs, bacon or sausage, 2 waffle machines, fruit toppings, oatmeal toppings, fruit.. they have it all!"

"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "
