"3 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who reside in Johnson City. The house is wonderful and very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only concern is that it’s located on the corner of a busy street, which I didn’t realize when booking. Other than the expected traffic noise, it was very quiet. Would stay here again. "

"We stayed at this lovely farmhouse while we were volunteering in Burnsville. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was a short walk to the town center and conveniently located near grocery store. We would definitely stay here again. Great backyard area!"

We had one issue with the heat on the first night, but Julie was incredibly responsive and even followed up the next day. "Perfect for our quick getaway! Loft was fun for our daughter and allowed plenty of room. Loved that we could bring our dog. Christmas decorations were perfect, as we came to see lights and the Christmas parade. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need. Cozy and comfortable! Thank you for allowing us to check in early!"

"WE HAD A GREAT TIME!!1. The back deck rod iron fence could use some 2x6 topping. Very dangerous for Seniors and careless drunks. 2. Bottom 2 Steps to Cane creek on backside are missing. 3. Walkway to cane creek on front could use a railing of some sort. 4. More than one remote would be nice. 5. Blinds or Curtains on main floor would be nice. 6. A mirror on the road for traffic coming from the curve. 7. Spigot on parking side leaks badly into the basement. We used the spigot to drown fire pit. 8....

"Overall we had a great time! Communication with the host prior to our trip was great. I had difficulty viewing messages and never received a return call regarding suggestions on parking multiple cars since the driveway is very steep. I was thankful a light was left on downstairs since I arrived late by myself and the solar lights outside had already turned off. There was one toilet that hadn’t been cleaned and the dishwasher was empty but had food residue and was a little smelly. It was a quick...
