"Strange property - we arrived to find a deserted house that we feared was abandoned! Then we got a text asking us to call when we were 39 mins away and someone would come to meet us - that would have been useful the day before! We were then greeted and given keys to the house and our room, which was lovely. You are very much on your own here but once we got used to that it was peaceful and comfortable.
