"The staff were all very helpful and the bed was comfortable. I had an issue with logging onto the hotel wifi that I was unable to solve even with the help of the staff. Never got it resolved and the wifi was working fine so where the issue was was a mystery. My phone said it was connected but nothing worked. No real biggie for me and I would happily stay again if in the area. Breakfast also was very nice."

We heard another guest also in our position order an early breakfast pack. I asked and was told it was prebook only. This was at 4pm. Receptionist didn't even find out if it would be possible. Just a short abrupt response... A member of our party later heard and saw somebody else appear to arrange an early breakfast box. Just thought...
