Great amenities, the room had a pretty big fridge and a microwave, bathroom was big although I did not end up using the shower. "Lots of history here. Lovely old hotel! With an old building come problems...like lack of outlets at the head of the bed, which in this age of needing to charge devices is a problem. And breathing machines! I use my phone for a clock at night and have it on the bedside table, but plugged in, which I could not do. Also, I am a tea drinker and couldn't find tea bags and a way to make hot water there in the room, though there was a coffee maker. These are small things, just minor annoyances in an...

"It’s quite a long walk from the garage parking to the hotel elevator. It’s only a problem checking in and out because the luggage carts are in the hotel lobby. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful."

"Gail and team run a fine facility. Room was very clean, well kept, recently renovated but charming. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The omelet was delicious and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Crispy to perfection. "
