"Superb accomodation, very clean and well organised, the location was perfect, near to Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon and also not far away from York. It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. "We had a lovely, if not too short stay in the very comfortable and well equipped large beautiful studio apartment in stunning grounds with fantastic views, along with secure on site parking and only a 15 minute walk into Addingham where we found a good choice of amenities and enjoyed some good food in The Fleece and The Swan Host Barbara was extremely welcoming, and informative, and the welcome pack of the basic essentials went down a treat. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests.
