It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. Highly recommend the accomodation, it had everything you need, a bedroom for 2 people, lovely bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen, the views were stunning too. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"Cottage is a good standard, great for a pit stop. Stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the Willow restaurant, gorgeous food. Piping hot, seems to be a theme around these parts, something I really appreciate! A bit disappointed that breakfast was only served until 9:30. "

"This place was a little piece of heaven. Immaculate, cozy, well, appointed in a lovely hamlet with a river across the street, a nearby sandwich shop and the Red Lion pub a stones throw away. We stayed for four nights and had bucolic walks to Grassington along the river and to the Bolton abbey for another fine walk. The Dales are magic and there are plenty of pictaresque scenes to greet. We didn’t want to leave."
