"Our stay at the SoHo Hotel was beyond incredible. To begin with: the location. You’re right in the heart of London, with Leicester Square nearby. Restaurants, shopping, everything you need. The hotel itself is to die for. We were upgraded at no cost to a Penthouse suite. The room was gorgeous and we even had a little deck! They brought warm cookies and milk for my daughters in the evening. The room itself was HUGE and immaculate. My younger daughter LOVED the record player (which she had...

"I was pretty upset when we first arrived because we were given an "upgrade" to a HUGE room decorated in all grey and black. This happened to us at the same hotel a year prior during the coronation and we asked to change rooms to something with more color. The staff was very accomodating and moved us to rooms we absolutely loved. This trip were were moved into room 304 which was decorated in pinks and greens. We LOVED IT!!! There were views onto the kings theatre and we even heard them singing...
