"All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. "The hotel was homey, and had a cool lobby & garden pub that felt like a local hangout. So it felt like we were locals and not visitors from the US. Best part of the location was how close it really is to the train station! 1/4 block which made getting around London super convenient. It's located in a "suburb" so more like a fun neighborhood & coming home than a hotel. Definitely recommend for amenities, vibe, location & Vale to price. . "
