"The property is great location to pretty much anything in Terre Haute. The owners pretty much supply everything you could possibly need and the place was neat and tidy. I loved the fact that the house was old but new. It was redone but they kept its original beauty. I loved everything about it . Had to give it a 4 overall because the listing said 3 bedrooms and there are only 2. The basement has a trundle bed though. Overall, super stay and convenient location. Thanks Lauren. "As ISU grads who are familiar with Terre Haute we knew the area and in fact it's gotten better as campus evolves northward and Terre Haute Regional Hospital grows. Those not familiar with Haute may be leery, but really nothing to worry about beyond the normal "lock your car doors, etc." The house itself is fine and suited the needs for our group of 50+ fraternity guys back for some reminiscing. Easy check-in, etc. Location is great if you needed a stay close to Union Hospital on the north side....

"Communication with the owner was great. It is adequate for staying in, but felt very empty and bare. I once lived in a frat house for a summer that the boys cleaned up...this had the same vibes. Not terrible and it suited my needs for a couple of beds to lay our heads. But probably not a place to stay if you are interested in the comforts of home or amenities. The house in general is in need of some updates and basic care (the drains were very slow, the floors had a ton of wear and tear,...
