The reception area is very dirty. The cleaning equipment should not be stored in the reception area. In the one isle it looks as if there is renovation taking place as there were so many stuff stored in the isle. The coffee machine and the basin next to the coffee machine is dirty. With a little bit iff effort the place could improve substantially. The drain in our room had a very unpleased smell.

Do not stay here unless you don’t mind dirty conditions. The musty, stale, cigarette smell is overwhelming when you walk in the lobby and in the room. Cigarette burns in the comforter, floor definitely hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the toilet had rust around it. I’m really not sure how it stays open. This place needs to be condemned

My party was only there for a few hours so I can't comment on the breakfast or any overnight issues. Out of multiple reserved rooms, only 1 was without bugs or the smell of either Marijuana or stale mold even after requesting a room change. It is not a 5 star resort, I understand, but smells, bugs, stained bedding and shower head wall covers coming off is a little too far from acceptable conditions for rooms that you pay to stay in. Staff members seemed to be trying to do what they could but with this many issues, I think it will take higher up management to fix a lot of these problems. Booked through Expedia so was told Super 8 couldn't give us any refund. Going to try to get our money back by talking with Expedia as we ended up staying in another hotel that night.
