She said she was going to give us a tour on check in but eventually found out she did not (she just walked us to our room) and she actually was not very forthcoming with giving a description of the property and what the property offers as part of the welcome. In fact as we were leaving we then accidentally found out about other amenities. The hostesses didn’t seem as knowledgeable...

"The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. In the morning, I was offered an Americana in the lobby which was nice... & Delicious. Anytime we called front desk, they always answered & assisted us very politely. The only issue I...
