"Great play as advertised.Host was very communicative and great to work with.Place was clean and best part alway found parking."

"This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. "Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend."

"Perfect property for a large family who needs individual rooms. Property has all amenities and owner was responsive on checkin day. No emergencies occured requiring their attention. House is near a target and subway, both within 5 minutes. Couple blocks 15 minutr walk to Geno and Pat's, they were meh. But property was perfect."

"The place was sparkling clean and comfortable with all the essentials for our weekend stay. Close to Penn for our event. On-street parking was not a problem at all over the weekend. Would definitely return due to proximity to campus. Too cold to enjoy the garden!"

"We stayed at this place the day before I had surgery and it was pretty close to the hospital. It only was the place beautiful but it a very clean! They hosts were very attentive to any accommodations that we needed. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The property has changed Hands. We asked for towels and linens that were needed and didn’t receive. No chairs to sit at kitchen island. Had to stand to eat. Drawer front feel Off in my hands. No hangers for our clothes. Breakfast was very disappointing."
