"This was a perfect location to access shopping and dining and the south waterfront. Also excellent access to the metro system - and you get free access for your stay! The rooms were sleek and modern, an ipad to control everything. Just did not like the "check yourself in/out"."

"Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but...

" Excellent location, super-friends staff, clean and comfortable. We had a room with a large balcony, and good mountains view. Perfect stay for a few days of skiing. The restaurant is nice for drinks but we found better places for food."

"Great location, nice amenities, good breakfast. Rental ski place on site is outstanding for service. Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure. "Property was amazing, staff were extremely friendly, only slight criticism is they take a 100 franc per night deposit which i wasnt aware of, i am still awaiting my money to be released back into my account 2 days later thus far, other than that hotel is amazing abd area itself is wonderful "

nice stay

"Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash. "
