"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately my wife now has walking difficulties so uses a wheelchair a lot. My only small complaint would be that to gain access I had to carry the wheelchair up and down two sets of steps. To be fair the staff always helped and said changes were being made soon "

"This is a high quality hotel, well located near the centre of town with sea views and directly adjacent to the luxury shopping area. Trams and trains were easily accessible and you could walk around most the city area. The only small niggle was that the staff were super friendly but not everything came off. the breakfast service was a bit patchy. lots of people around but not well organised."

"Our family had a nice comfortable week long stay here… the location is very ideal for commuting around. The rooms were cleaned daily by the time we came back , and there are plenty of restaurants nearby by. We tried the breakfast once and it was good- we just felt there could have been more options for hot food."
