"Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay "

"Majority of staff was very friendly and available 24/7. A couple of cons however: despite being listed as features here, they did not have a coffee machine nor an airport shuttle available."

"The service was excellent. The property is well maintained Convenient location (if you can climb steps) Excellent breakfast It is a big hotel. There are many people in the breakfast room and lobby. However it is so well run that you felt like the hotel is much smaller. "
