Good place to stay in Nice
Excellent hotel in Nice for a great price. Located near the boardwalk and right next to a tram station. It’s a bit far from the touristy areas, but we actually enjoyed the 40 min walk along the water front to get there. Only downside is the elevator broke one day and we had to take the stairs, but it was fixed by the time we came back from dinner

This hotel is in a great location! There is parking right across the street, the beach is a block away, the train is right out front if you want to go into central Nice, and breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and cheap!

The room and property in general were clean, the breakfast was good and not expensive and staff was friendly. The only issue was that it was noisy at night, people slamming the doors and you could hear everyone in the corridor.
