The check in/check out staff are inexperienced. Check in/out takes a very long time plus they charged me twice for the same stay on my credit card. I had to write so öany emails back and forth hotel/credit card company. Very tiring and time consuming

Le Majestic is a classic in Cannes. VIP amenity included a room upgrade to a higher floor with a better view and 2 free drinks. Fouquet restaurant was excellent for lunch. The concierge booked us offsite at La Mome which was delicious and fun.

great location while visiting Cannes for work or fun and shopping. Staff is very polite and helpful. What we did not like in the room is very old and un-functional shower and bath tub that leaves entire bathroom wet after relaxing shower. Also hotel bar closes very early like 11 pm

The room was well appointed and comfortable but extremely small. A 5'5 130 pound woman could barely fit in the shower. Phone was inoperable for 3 days despite multiple requests for service. We fixed it ourselves. There was a strong odor of sewerage in the hallway one evening. Room service options were limited. Restaurants were extremely expensive and average. Some staff were superlative, others were rude and unprofessional. The pool, beach, gym, spa and lobby areas were top rate, beautiful and very well maintained. Valet parking team were great.
