"I was traveling from NY and had to drive to Asheville for a wedding... but the woman at the front desk was kind of rude and not so welcoming at 1:30pm when I arrived and asked if I could check in early as I had to get changed. She said absolutely not - so I drove to Asheville, changed in the car. Drove back out and luckily the overnight staff member was kind and nice given the situation. I only got to sleep 3.5 hours before having to drive to CLT to fly out. When I woke up - there were little critters walking around near the bathroom... so that didn't make me happy. I guess you get what you pay for right. The bed was comfortable and they had nice pillows... so that was a plus for them. "
