"The rooms that we booked 201/203/204/205/206 were okay, one of the room AC was not cold when we checked in, then the technical staff was so helpful to fix the problem, he said freon is added but at the end still not cold. We asked them to wash the filter which was so thick with dust then its solved. "AQ-VA loved it and would stay here again. Breakfast was the nicest breakfast i had in Bali good coffee too. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned well daily smelling good and so fresh. Staff are lovely and good service nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this place."
