"Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days. "

"Very well looked after and maintained property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautifully looked after each day. Would have been nice to have some choice of tea in our room and pretty miserly two sachets of coffee! We had lovely Breakfast each day. Lots of variety and beautifully presented and well cooked. We had one meal in our room and again very delicious and beautifully presented. It would have been nice to have more fresh water available in our room. We enjoyed...

"The property is in a very accessible location. The staff are very helpful and only too willing to please. The room we stayed in was outdated and not what I had expected. It was no different to some of the cheaper hotels we have stayed in, and was disappointing. There was a lot of stairs and wouldn't recommend the property that requires disability access. There were no lifts. Food at the hotel was lovely however breakfast did not have a large variety. "
