"Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. We got the last room for the night, bed was broken, we were by a door that was broken and it opened and shut more than 200 times when we were there. Children running all over at all hours of the night, knocking on people's doors and running away. Also the breakfast terrible, eggs and sausage. I mean when you pay that kind of money for a night in a hotel you expect more than that. Rude staff, didn't even ask me how my stay way. I will never stay here ever again....

"The hotel staff were wonderful as we were in town for a funeral, they took care of every need that we had. They were empathetic and respectful. We also traveled with a pet. The staff traded our pet Coco with the same warm welcome that they treated us with the breakfast was warm and ready on time. It had a good variety. The facility was exceptionally clean and we will stay there again and again. Thank you so much Hampton Inn staff, Kansas City Lee Summit, Missouri."
