"Not a bad place, frendly staff. Rooms were clean and sheets clean. WIFI was hard to get on with laptops but phone connected fine. Water pressure was low for second floor room but don't know if it is every room or not. For $72 tax included, it was great for the price."

"What a pleasant surprise. Was driving through KC on my way to Denver from the East Coast and needed a place for the night. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn property in years. I'm usually a Hilton or Marriott person. Wow. The associate at check in was friendly and professional. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was standard fair. I will say the coffee wasn't very good. I would absolutely stay here again, and lately I don't feel like I say that very often. "

"Love this hotel, I come from out of town at least twice a year, great hotel, great staff, great location and cost. Breakfast is very poor, but I can live without it. They REALLY should tell owner,manager to take some of the profits and pay for a carpet cleaning company to come clean the carpets, it wouldn’t cost but a couple thousand dollars and it would make a world of difference, do not need new carpets, just clean the ones you have, hotel looks great over all but carpets definitely need...
