"This is the first time I’ve booked a property and I had an amazing experience. The house and veiws were spectacular, especially with the snow we had. The biggest issue we faced was when the thermostat’s battery died, and the temp was stuck at 62. "Mice droppings were in all the beds. Also fresh crusty blood spots on several pillow cases and soaked through to pillows. M&Ms in a bed too. Obviously unwashed bedding. Our food and containers had fresh mouse droppings on them. Survived by using our own things as much as possible. For so much a night to stay there, it was very disappointing!!
