"Great location and nice property. There was miscommunication on the arrival time. The day before I was called and I told the representative that I would be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the code would not work for the door. I called the concierge and they said the unit had not been inspected and would not be available until 2:30pm. "We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week."
