"Cute little house with everything in it. Linen is not included & no towels. Double bedroom on ground floor with a wardrobe you can't close the doors as it isn't attached to the wall. Double bed on open mezzanine access via a ladder & crawl to the bed which was ok for our teenager. Settee in the main room is 2 single mattresses so ok for a bed During our stay the garden area was looking overgrown & remenants of building work / old equipment lying around. "This was a great hotel for the cost, admittedly room was not particularly large but great for the money we paid. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Spotlessly clean. Like a lot of hotels, no matter the star rating, lighting was not great and lack of sockets near mirror. A pet hate of mine is having the hairdryer in the bathroom. A great location, near public transport, good shops and restaurants as well as the Promenade des Anglais. We would definitely stay again."

Location, Charm and Service

"Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk."
