"Common areas are very nice and ability to use other facilities is a big plus. Some aspects of the rooms need updating and TLC. Cleaning services were poor as we returned to an open room door and room only half cleaned. No explanation from management. A bit disappointed given the high rate we paid. "

"Super simple, updated and clean roadside motel They have a lovely heated pool, offer gulf access with free use of paddleboards and kayaks. There’s even a sandy “beach” to lounge on, lawn games and a beautiful sunset view. Would absolutely recommend if passing through Layton. Very affordable. Staff is lovely. Grounds are immaculate and gorgeously landscaped."

"This is a wonderful resort! We stopped here for 2 nights on our way further down the keys and what a gem! Our little apartment was so comfy with a full kitchen and a huge porch overlooking the garden, which is beautiful by the way. A large living room and dining area with a T.V. in the living room and the bedroom. The pool area is really nice and also a beautiful little beach on the ocean. "Breezy Palms was my favorite place out of the 3 that we stayed at in our trip to the Florida Keys. The property was on a clean beach on the ocean , with palm trees, lounge chairs, tiki hut. We had an oceanfront room that was newly remodeled with a full kitchen and wonderful lanai to sit on to watch the sunrise and the beautiful wildlife and ocean view. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!"
