"The staff, especially the front desk, were great! We booked an extra night after original booking but there was only availability for a different type of room. The front desk kindly did their best to make the transition smooth to the other room on night two since they were sold out and cold not offer the same type of room. Our first room did not give us a great impression at all (room 122). It desperately needs painted and had paint patches all over the walls. The nightstand looked dirty but needed painted. The bathroom could use a little extra scrubbing on the dirt build up. Our second room made up for it and gave us hope that Kingsail is aware of making improvements. We will return, but will request a room that "feels" cleaner with updated paint and less patchiness. Pool and lagoon were quite enjoyable as well! "

"This property fit all of our needs. Our Villa was immaculately clean. All the staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to be polite and warming. The arrival champagne glass was so nice after our trip and the beach was great, the water was amazing. I will definitely book this resort when we come back down to the Keys and that won’t be long because we live in Florida. If you want to stay in Islamorada, you should absolutely put this place in your top 3. They serve drinks and has two poles and people were snorkeling and just have a great time. Everyone that we spoke to absolutely loved this place. Robes and the shoes were so nice. I would absolutely give this place five stars out of five. For a 10 out of 10 experience for your trip in the Florida Keys trust me your hotel or resort you should not have any concerns or questions or drama. "
