"The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"Three single women enjoyed the condo. Nice to have an elevator to go up three floors. Three bedrooms meant that we each had our privacy. The spacious lanai was super with a nice space for meals and conversation. Nice property for walking or biking. Convenient location to Marathon, where we found some interesting activities - Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, and the Turtle Hospital. All three had very interesting guided tours. We enjoyed a day trip in Key West - 1.5 hours drive...

"We had an amazing time but the sink in master did not drain, the faucets were reversed hot/cold the shampoo dispenser did not work very limited in glasses and drinking cups. Didn't include coffee or any other stocked items. The location was perfect and the home was very cozy and convenient. Thank you."

"I booked Kokomo Views for our 8-day family trip to explore all the Keys, and it gotta be the best travel decision I've made this year. The condo is such a rare germ as it situates directly by a sandy beach with beautiful swimmable turquoise water. Most of the Keys' foundation is coral limestone so having a private beach by the resort in Marathon is such a luxury.
