"A lodge in a quiet location about 2 miles from Bude. A spacious lodge with all the things that you might need for a self catering stay. The lodge is accessed from a flight of 18 steps some of which were covered in loose gravel. Not a particular problem for us but could well be deal breaker for older holiday makers. "Just nice nothing special ,nothing awful . We’re not given the single story chalet style property but a two bedroomed house . It clearly had not been used as it took the first day to warm up .had to wear coats. On discussion with reception they were adamant that this was what VRBO had booked us ?Pool , shop and leisure facilities very nice.,but read the small print as not free."
