"Property as advertised. Very comfortable stay, with everything you need. Despite typical wet and gloomy Dartmoor weather, the cottage was warm with plenty of space for us and the dogs to dry off between walks."

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"

"Just the most fabulous property in every aspect. Superb communication from owners concerning check-in and also in extremely useful welcome notes in property to support. House is very close to shops and a walkable distance to beaches and town centre. Wonderful stay. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"Our family group of three generations have just enjoyed a great 3 night stay at Tregarden. The property is fabulously spacious and very well fitted out with a great kitchen, lovely bathroom and ensuite shower room.The upstairs living space is very comfortable and has wonderful views of the nearby coast and beaches, and the kitchen space and appliances are perfect.The children loved sharing the bunk-bedroom and really enjoyed their "own area" in the play room.The house is also perfectly warm with...

"Amazing experience "

"We were 4 families with 8 adults and 7 children aged 11-13. There was plenty of space for us all and the kids all loved being able to have their own rooms (their own floor in fact!) The location couldn’t have been more perfect, stunning views and only a few mins from the beach, shops, sea pool etc. Hosts were great with regards to communication. We would definitely return"
