"Amazingly friendly and helpful staff from the receptionists to the lady preparing breakfast, to the cleaning staff. The rooftop is a great place to read, relax, work, wifi is working very well. Clean shared spaces, clean rooms. Only blot, the bedsheets which I found with marks, although clearly washed. It would be perfect if the sheets and pillowcases were new. Convenient location, just steps from the road where buses are."

"Worst hostel I ever stay at in Brazil. The volunteer staff was the worst I ever experience. One staff received my food and ate the food and lied and said he thought it was his food. "Fiquei no quarto compartilhado com 8 mulheres, havia apenas um banheiro para as 8 Mulheres, infelizmente não dava para ter noção de que haviam feito a limpeza diária, tanto que após 3 diárias solicitei limpeza no banheiro pensando que não tinham feito, pois além de ser pequeno, estava com algum vazamento (box ou na vaso sanitário), que deixava mais sujo e inútil a limpeza diária. "É imundo. Tem 15 camas no quarto e não 12. Muitas camas de difícil acesso. O quarto e o banheiro estavam imundos. Não tinha tirado nem a roupa de cama da hóspede anterior. "Due to a glitch with booking, we got given a better room at a cheaper price. We were able to occupy, what appeared to be, a 4 bedded dorm with our own private, extremely spacious bathroom for just the 2 of us, for 4 nights. "The hostel is a few steps from the beach and the buess to pelourinho, airport & bus station are just in front. Michael is very helpfull, take note of every tip that he gives you, I told him my trip plans and he help me to organize to save time and money!. The people working there are very kind and even if sometimes the dont understand some things they do everything they can to help and understand, and in the worst case they call Michael. The view from the terrace is amazing!"
