"A comfortable, well presented property with lovely views of the Canal du Midi. It is ideally located for visits to Carcassonne, Cabrespine cave, lovely old French villages and wine tasting. Unfortunately, there was a strong wind during our stay so barbeques were not possible, however, the kitchen was well equipped to cook inside. Ann-Marie and Adrian were knowledgeable and kind hosts. We warmly recommend this property."

"House was beautifully well equipped, immaculately clean and tidy. It’s in an excellent location only 15 minutes from Carcassonne but with absolute peace and quiet. Local pool in the Village was great in the heat. The local butcher carries bread, pastries, preserves and lovely wine, not forgetting meat. Laurence was wonderful with ideas of where to visit, and was available for anything we needed but otherwise very discreet."

"Great location by the Canal du Midi, which has a cycle route alongside. We cycled in both directions, and another day took the bikes by car to cycle further away. Also good access to Carcassonne and supermarkets by car. Comfortable gite, looks just like the photos. Enough kitchen equipment and a three-ring induction hob for eating in. "Passolis Terra was an ideal place to stay in the Corbiers to explore all the beautiful sights. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday with friendly advice from Philippe and Corinne and not forgetting their 2 gorgeous boxer dogs. Downside being without an alarm you could sleep right through the morning as it is so peacefull! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can not recommend enough "

After we'd paid for the gite the owner contacted us for €300 cash deposit, and told us about additional electricity charges per day. There was no mention of this on VRBO, so the owner waived the charge. We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and immediately had to find a supermarket as no basics/welcome pack was provided e.g bread,...

"We stayed 11 nights at the gite. Great for exploring the area around Carcassonne, Albi, Narbonne, etc. Beautiful surroundings, extremely quiet (a must for me) with a nice pool and friendly horses who will occasionally visit you over the fence (carrots are appreciated). The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. The nearest grocery store is about 20 mn away so you do need to plan a bit."

"An excellent choice. Right by the canal, to spend many happy hours just watching the boats go by. There were only two of us, so plenty of room. Very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Bedrooms are huge, as are the beds, which were very comfortable. Shower rooms large and super clean. Welcome pack amazing, and further items during our stay. "We had a wonderful stay here, the place is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The settings is private and well appointed. We laid out at night on the loungers watching the stars. As it is located in the countryside the night sky was an amazing display of bright stars. Easy drive to Carcassonne or the Mediterranean. The town of la liviniare is close 5min drive with two restaurants. The host was welcoming and helpful on things to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay and would come again."

"I wanted something different than the ordinary. I was struck by the photos and descriptions. Even though a wide angle lens was used, but I knew that. The house was nicely furnished with virtually all one could need in the kitchen. My sister and I are both over 70 and the stairs were a bit challenging as they were steep. The WC is on the bottom floor only so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. But that is very clear in the information. Our hostess was very kind and available!!...
