The location of the house was also great because we were close to many of the popular things to see in Iceland but also far enough away from the more populated areas which meant we got to see the northern lights. "This property has a very nice, convenient restaurant with great food. The staff is very welcoming and the bar is open very late. They provided use of robes for the hot tub. The room was very clean and bigger than a few other places with a nice closet. The bathroom was spacious. We had our own door that led out to the hot tub area. The only room for improvement would have been that the key to the room does not unlock the door to the room from the hot tub area so you either have to prop the door open or find the door that leads into the hallway to get back to your room. Don’t leave your key in your room unless you prop the door open. There is some light pollution in this area from the local greenhouses. It was a great location to visit the Golden Circle and the Secret Lagoon. We would stay here again. "
