Gave many recommendations for the local area and was thorough in his informing us about the quirks and pleasantries of the Seacrest. "I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. It would have been nice to have 4 of each item and not 2.. like cups, bowls and cutlery.. we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to be able to use them again. A Great Stay

"We stayed at Thistle Heathrow T5 for one night before our flight the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the Aviator bar and restaurant has great views of the runway. The Heathrow Pods make it really easy to travel to and from the airport to the hotel and are lots of fun! My only criticism of the hotel is the extortionate prices in the little shop by the entrance."
