"Quite honestly couldn't be more impressed, we were due to fly early today (21st March!) and stayed the night here, woke at 5AM to find our flight cancelled and ourselves stranded. The hotel manager was extremely courteous of everyone who was stuck and offered us food/drink as by the time we had made contact with the airline and confirmed we could not travel we had found ourselves stranded as no trains/buses route home. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us - incredibly comfortable stay, the room was clean and quiet, a bit dated but for a well priced overnight stay I can't fault anything"

"I stayed here the night before flying from Heathrow. The room was perfect and had everything I could imagine needing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking a taxi to the airport the next morning was easy. I will stay here again when flying from Heathrow if I need to. "
