We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"Our stay was completely wonderful. Easy walk to food or essential needs and easy 10 min walk to the tube. Great access to all areas of London. The staff was very courteous and came each day to freshen the room. I would stay here again!"

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"Super comfortable apartment for our family of 5 (2 adults plus 17, 15 and 11 year olds). Communication with host Nicole was easy and very quick responses. Nicole also provided lots of information about the area and local shops and restaurants. Queens Park area was perfect for us especially the easy walk to the train which has both overland and underground access. Quick to get into the city and in Zone 2. "

"Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival"

"Nice place to sleep but next to crossing so noise of lights is almost incessant up to 9 pm although it's ok for sleep. Couldn’t find any plates or bowls so had to eat out of pot"

"The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day. "

"The biggest letdown on this property was the digital lock on main door and although was advised there is a physical key , that was only for the apartment door , was a few min before the sabbath and had no alternative , the interior lights also go on with motion sensor and door only opens to leave with pressing a Elec opening button , these apartments do not meet the basic religious requirements for the sabbath , otherwise it’s a clean apartment with good facilities inc kitchen , other negative...

"This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"Our stay at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, yet incredibly affordable compared to the city center hotels. Its convenient location, just a 15-minute ride from Heathrow International Airport, made it an ideal choice for our trip. The £25 ride from the airport was quick and hassle-free, adding to the overall ease of travel. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff made us feel warmly welcomed with two small bottles of Prosecco—a delightful touch! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with incredibly comfortable beds. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience. Unlike the typical Swedish table-style buffet found in many European hotels, breakfast here was served at Carluccio’s, the charming restaurant on the first floor. The food was outstanding, and the service provided by the sweetest British female server was simply unforgettable. Her attentiveness and kindness left a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our morning. Although we dined at Harrods the previous evening, we wished we had saved room to try Carluccio’s for dinner - it looked like a great option. If you’re looking for comfortable and affordable stay near Heathrow, this Marriott is a fantastic choice. We can’t recommend it enough!!"

Our best visit so far

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Thistle and by far the best. We stayed in room 672 which is a suite and was huge, with 2 separate rooms and decent bathrooms. We ate in the bar but didn't go for the breakfast. And of course, the viewing area for the airport was fully open allowing us to spot planes, which is why we visited the hotel"
