"We stayed only one night but it was superb. The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The kingsized be was very comfortable. The breakfast had everything and more - such a choice. It was a lovely experience and the staff could not have treated us better. We are now in Phuket but will be returning for one more night at the end of our holiday on the 8th of February, We would be thrilled if stay we were lucky enough to stay in the same room number 1520 - it was perfection and had great views. The airport shuttle service was also excellent. The room was spacious and the water pressure was good. If you require a hotel close to the airport, I do recommend this hotel."

They took $99 usd from me 5 weeks ago I’ve callled management went there in person. They just say it’s processing. It’s not they are stealing fractional interest. Every card that is charged that goes into a pull of money the collect and won’t return yours. Tomor will be we 6 of pending room charge they said they were returning. I didn’t have any damage or smoke. At one point the told me 90 days it takes to process the obviously stole it and will steal yours welcome to Bangkok."
