"Didn’t get the type of room I booked. Charged me for break fast. Shuttle was more expensive than a luxury car. Everyone was just in trying to make money out of us. I requested to make a short phone call n the staff gave me her mobile and charged me 20 bath for one minute. The overall staffs were so rude and unfriendly. The foods were no good but I was charged more than the one written on menu. I would never go to that hotel again. Nothing is convenient."
