"It was good except no shuttle come and pick me up from hotel. You need to reserve it days before. Chatted with agent from hotels.com. Telling me they don’t provide the service. So I got a text. But at least hotels.com gave me compensation for the inconvenience. I did call the hotel before flying out but no one answered the phone. But I was able to get to the airport from hotel with their shuttle after staying overnight. "

"The best part was a safe, small, single person room, but it was extremely noisy. There wasn’t a blanket while it gets very cold in Guadalajara. There had 5 men’s urinals but only 2 were open. The guests weren’t clean either so the property could take care better. It’s much more expensive when you pay $50 CAD and get nothing much. "
