The staff always exceeded expectations during our stay and always accommodated our requests and special requirements. The property needs a little maintenence overall. Age of the rooms are starting to show and require remodeling.

My Family trip to Guadalajara.
Hotel was pretty clean, personnel were very friendly and courteous. They let me borrow a wheel chair during my stay. The only uncomfortable thing was the beds, I shared a bed with my daughter and because they were double beds and not queen size beds we were both uncomfortable. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Service was great, staff very friendly. Very clean, but property needs some updates. The space where a door connects two suites needs to be sound proofed. We could hear everything from people on the neighbouring room: conversations, tv, alarms at 5am
