"The hotel is in an excellent location. Very safe and close to dining and shopping as well as metro stations. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen which was great for breakfast items. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast roof top restaurant, cleaners etc were all great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but a bit run down. "The location of the hotel is in the business area, but it was great for us to be able to walk to malls and shopping areas near by as well as lots of dining options. The staff were incredible, especially the Manager, Nic. He was able to get us an early check-in and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The pool and sauna as part of the spa was very lovely. The service at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and it took a while to get someone's attention when we needed it, but it was a great vibe. "
