"Awesome hotel"

"The front desk staff was unable to find my reservation made through Expedia when we first arrived. They worked quickly to remedy the situation and when they learned it was our 26 year wedding anniversary they upgraded our room for the inconvenience and sent up a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit. The room was amazing. I would definitely stay again. I enjoyed my stay and had an amazing anniversary. "

"This is a great stay and easy access to the highways. Only problem is the elevator. If you get a room try to stay on the first floor. "

"Free shuttle to and from DFW airport. Actually had contact solution and case for lost luggage replacement. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean comfy room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again if stranded at the airport. "

"This is a great little place. They roll out a breakfast spread worthy of a much more expensive hotel. The rooms are large and comfy. The downside is it is not as well located as it appears on the map. You can’t easily walk to the Metro train (there is a gated community in the way) and the Uber was shockingly expensive to the airport. Also, all of the restaurants within walking distance were Indian food, except for Wendy’s and McDonald’s. The location is a big drawback. "

"Everything was great except for the fact that there was no hot water the night before and the morning of my departure. And no recourse, preemptive apology or compensation afterwards. Ambient temperature outside 48 degrees- cold shower was no fun.😐"

"The Element Hotel was great. Great service, great location, great staff, friendly staff, very clean room with everything you need including dinnerware and silverware. I rate this hotel a 10 out of 10!"
