We paid for late check-out on one room because my son-in-law wasn't feeling well and we were going to a ball game. The maids came and knocked 6-7 times and he kept having to tell them I paid for a late check out. That was all that was annoying. Inepensive breakfast "

"The hotel itself was fine. Great bed and room was comfortable, could use a bit more cleaning and updating. Front desk staff person( I assume a seasoned professional)could use sensitivity training for guests that arrive from a long travel(we drove 250 miles to visit a family member ill in the hospital). Also, 39.00 to park(guess that is cheap in Pittsburgh?). Staff at the restaurant pleasant, food just ok. Possibly open earlier for travelers that would like a meal before 5 PM? All in all, fine...
