"Had a brilliant stay at the hotel. From the moment we stepped up to reception, every member of staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location close to the city centre. Our room was upgraded free of charge which was a lovely gesture from them. The room was spotlessly clean with all the facilities we could need, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also lovely, with a selection of both continental and English and there was an omelette section where the chef would make a fresh omelette on request. Overall, we had an excellent, enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again on our next visit to the city. Wed highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 from us."

"We had a one night stay in a family room, which also happened to be an accesssible room. There was a large, comfortable bed and fold out sofa bed. Rooms are modern, clean with all essentials (but no biscuits). Staff were very attentive and helpful. We were offered complimentary iced tea cocktails/mocktails on arrival and our daughter was given a creme egg at the end of our stay (as an Easter gift). Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection and vegan options made to order. The pancake machine was popular! There is a small gym with a few machines and free weights.The late check-out was a bonus. We will look to stay in Moxy hotels again."
