You could hear when neighbors climbed the stairs, opened their doors etc. If you are a heavy sleeper this won’t bother you. The front yard was filled with colorful flowers. Lovely property. "

"The property is nice and clean. We had two problems a dog from the neighbors that barks all the time and a leak on the toilet that doesn’t let us sleep. We report the leak and no-one came to fix it. If you want to enjoy walking in town this place is very far and you will need a taxi to get there."

"Located out out of the "downtown" area, this hotel was nice and quiet. The room was warm and comfortable for the three of us. The owners were delightful folks and the staff courteous and efficient. Breakfast was included. As we had a rental car, being a bit out of town was a non-issue. (though taxis in Ushuaia are inexpensive).
