"Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good, but the brewed coffee was terrible. The espresso machine was far better. The rooms can use a little maintenance; lighting in the bathroom could be much better!"

"Very simple equipment (no hair dryer or TV); the gas heater had to stay on, which made the room very dry. Simple breakfast. Location is OK, walking distance to the trail to the glacier; inexpensive taxi to downtown."

"Plus: Large clean room with safe and refrigerator. Good-sized bathroom. Good view of Ushuaia harbor. Minus: Too far from the center of town (5 km) for food, money exchange, shopping and other conveniences. Unpaved, pot-holed and muddy (when raining) street in front of hotel. Poorly constructed building and poorly decorated."

"Nos encantaron las facilidades, todo perfecto!!! Las Chicas de limpieza súper simpáticas, sin embargo, el personal en el lobby, no era tan friendly…. No sé si son las políticas del hotel, pero un buenos días o buenas tardes… fue bien difícil de obtener ! "
