The hotel was very nice and I was content for the most part with my stay. My only complaints were the limited hours in which the shuttle service was offered. Even just one or two more trips being added would have made it so much more convenient. I did appreciate this service and thought it was a great addition due to the hotel location. My other complaint was that after accidentally dropping an earring down the sink, I went to go ask the front desk if there was someone that could come help open it up to get it out. Both people there simply replied “no” with no additional follow up. I asked if there was anyone that could help get it out, and they said no maintenance would be back until the following day but that they would follow up. They wrote down my room number. I heard nothing else about the issue, and the earring (which had previously been in eyesight) was long gone by the time I awoke the next morning. It wasn’t a big deal, but had it been valuable jewelry this would be absolutely unacceptable. I would have appreciated at least some sort of follow up after being promised that they would handle the issue. Other than these two issues, everything else was handled extremely well. If these two concerns were to eh addressed, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. It was a bit of a hefty walk into town, but being an active person I didn’t mind it. If you are not used to walking long distances (about 4km one way) you will have to utilize taxi services.
